The FINA Diving World Cup is a prestigious bi-annual circuit which gathers during six days the women's and men's world’s diving elite to perform in eight events: 3m springboard, 10m platform, 3m springboard synchro, 10m platform synchro.

The 20th FINA Diving World Cup [2] in Rio (BRA), from February 19-24, 2016 was part of the Test Events Programme for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The event not only provided athletes with a chance to compete at the Olympic venue, it also offered an additional opportunity to qualify for the Games.
