Indiana University (IU) Natatorium

The Indiana University (IU) Natatorium, affectionately known as “the Nat”, located on the campus of Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in downtown Indianapolis.


The IU Natatorium has 3 pools: an 8-lane, 2.5m deep 50m competition pool; a 6-lane 50m warm-up pool; and an 8-lane short course (25Y) warm-up pool. The main competition pool has been proclaimed one of the fastest pools in the world, with 121 American and 18 World records having been broken here.
